My dear Fellow Lions,

Greetings and best wishes.

We are presenting to you a compilation that is truly a collection of diversified information relating to the affairs of the Association. Its utility stems from the fact that matters of regular reference can be found in a single resource.

This is the tenth edition (updated upto April 2009) since the first edition appeared in 1987.  After publication of the first few editions as hard copies, we have shifted to the soft copy version as that makes circulation easier and more economic.

This e-edition shall now entitle and enable each user to duplicate as many copies as he / she desires for distribution among other members. We would be only too glad to receive information that many more copies of this compilation are being used in all Areas.

This edition contains information in 23 separate sections that could be accessed in an interactive manner.

The CD ROM version has been so designed as to permit easy maneuverability and selection of areas which one would need to refer to. Availability of "Print" option can be put to use even during training sessions for production of handouts and information material.
